Our bodies become susceptible to disease, injury and fatigue. Our minds suffer from a lack of clarity and focus. Our emotions are out of synch with what is happening around us. Sometimes we are out of balance for so long that being out of balance starts to feel 'normal'. It is when this happens that we know we need to do something.
