A day designed with you in mind
This concept came about because I realized that people want to take care of themselves - they want to be balanced, whole and complete. Sessions would be set up and deep work initiated. Unfortunately, more often than not, life got in the way - unexpected meetings, work, children, you know the drill.
While mulling over this predicament and how I could best help people, I thought A Day of Healing would be a better use of time. Time to get maximum benefit for concentrated hours.

You deserve it
The day is designed around you and your unique needs. We will spend approximately 6 hours together. The day begins with an assessment of your needs and desires. I will then create an itinerary for the day. Each session will be tailored to the individual and may include guided meditation, Reiki, aromatherapy, The Emotion Code, Crystal Therapy, singing bowls, journaling, high intensity sound, CranioSacral therapy, movement/dance, chakra cleansing/rebalancing.
A 1 hour follow up session will be scheduled 1-2 weeks after your
Day of Healing
